Raine is a galactic fox-dragon that was made from leftover stardust by the gods in order to ensure that the universe didn't fall into disarray and chaos.
They did their job so well for so long that the galaxy started to mark their skin and cause pigmentation changes.
They are a lot more chill now about everything and want to have fun and maybe cause a little chaos now and then,
but who wouldn't?
